Role & Responsibilities

  • Take precise body measurements for clients and communicate these to the atelier and Bespoke ambassador following Brioni's standards.
  • Utilize tailoring techniques to accommodate various body configurations and postures, advising clients appropriately.
  • Advise clients and sales advisors on necessary alterations for optimal fit of ready-to-wear garments.
  • Measure for Bespoke collections including suits, shirts, and casualwear.
  • Perform mending activities on ready-to-wear garments.
  • Assist store personnel in meeting customer fitting needs for both Bespoke and ready-to-wear collections.
  • Travel to provide Bespoke Home Service.
  • Manage priorities in the atelier in collaboration with the master tailor.

Qualifications

  • Education from a pattern-making school.
  • 3-5 years of tailoring experience, ideally in luxury menswear.
  • Fluency in English; a second language is desirable.

Skills

Strong understanding of garment construction. Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand stitching. Advanced knowledge of fabrics and hand sewing techniques, including buttonholes. Exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized, passionate, and self-motivated. Customer-focused attitude. Team player with flexibility.

Experience

3-5 years of tailoring experience, ideally in luxury menswear.

Education

Education from a pattern-making school.
