Brioni — Rome: HR Intern (Curriculare) supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR operations at the Rome headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process: prepare job requisitions, manage applications, liaise with agencies, conduct screening and assist in interview coordination.
- Assist onboarding activities for new hires, including badge delivery, corporate card and IT device ordering and orientation logistics.
- Maintain HR records and execute transactional updates in Workday (hirings, terminations, promotions, organization changes).
- Manage invoice workflows related to HR (collect approvals and submit to Finance).
- Archive and maintain employees’ documentation in accordance with internal procedures.
- Contribute to organisational and culture change initiatives and support employee relations matters as directed by the HR Business Partner.
- Support the implementation, co‑design and monitoring of HR policies, procedures and programs.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Organizational Management or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluent in Italian and English (verbal and written).
- Practical experience or strong interest in recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
- Proactive, organized team player with the capacity to manage multiple projects and a strong sense of ownership.
Skills
Experience
Curricular internship level; previous internship experience or academic projects in HR, recruitment or people operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable interest in luxury fashion HR is a plus.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration or a closely related field. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
