Brioni HR Intern in Shanghai — support APAC HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and Workday administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for APAC: create job requisitions, manage applications, liaise with agencies, screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Assist onboarding activities for new hires (badge delivery, card ordering, IT device coordination and orientation logistics).
- Maintain HR records and employee documentation; ensure accurate archiving and compliance with local procedures.
- Perform HRIS administration in Workday for hirings, terminations, promotions and organisation updates.
- Manage invoice workflows related to HR (collect signatures and submit to Finance).
- Support time attendance management for APAC boutiques and associated reporting.
- Provide first-line support and counselling assistance to managers and employees on routine HR matters.
- Contribute to organisational and culture change initiatives, internal mobility, employer branding and climate analysis projects.
- Assist in implementing, co-designing and monitoring HR policies, procedures and programmes.
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong computer literacy, highly proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HRIS (Workday).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong sense of ownership.
- Previous HR experience or internship in retail or luxury is a plus.
- Master’s degree in HR management, organisational management or a related discipline is a plus.

Experience
Previous experience in an HR role or internship within retail or the luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Exposure to APAC boutique operations or multi‑market HR processes is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Management, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree in HR or organisational management preferred.
