Brioni seeks an HR Intern in Shanghai to support APAC recruitment, onboarding and HR operations for the luxury House.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for APAC boutiques and headquarters: create job requisitions, manage applications, liaise with agencies, conduct screening and coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (badge issuance, IT equipment, corporate cards) and monitor related administrative tasks.
- Maintain HR records and perform Workday system updates (hirings, terminations, promotions, org chart changes).
- Manage invoice workflows related to HR (collecting approvals and submitting to Finance) and archive employee documentation.
- Assist managers with employee relations inquiries and provide basic counselling support.
- Support design and implementation of HR policies, internal mobility initiatives, employer branding and cultural or organizational change projects.
- Administer time and attendance processes for APAC boutiques and support related reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous internship or experience in HR, preferably within retail or luxury fashion, is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Workday is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate in a multicultural context.
- Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Previous experience in an HR role or internship is preferred, ideally within the retail or luxury sector and with exposure to regional (APAC) HR practices.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
