Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, agency liaison, and conducting interviews.
  • Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution, card orders, and IT device coordination.
  • Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
  • Manage invoice processing, including signature collection and submission to Finance.
  • Archive employee documents efficiently.
  • Provide counseling support to managers and employees.
  • Contribute to organizational and cultural change initiatives.
  • Assist in addressing employee relations issues.
  • Support the implementation, co-design, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar position within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
