Brioni HR Intern in Rome — internship supporting recruitment, onboarding and Workday administration at the Kering maison Brioni.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: create job requisitions, manage applications, liaise with agencies, conduct screening and coordinate interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires (badge delivery, card orders, IT devices) and contribute to onboarding programmes.
- Perform Workday system maintenance including hirings, terminations, promotions and organizational updates.
- Manage HR invoice workflow: collect required signatures and submit to Finance.
- Archive and maintain employee documentation in compliance with internal processes.
- Contribute to organisational and culture change initiatives and related communications.
- Support employee relations queries and day-to-day HR administration.
- Assist in implementing, co-designing and monitoring HR policies, procedures and programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business or related discipline; Master’s in HR or similar is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
- Strong computer literacy and high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with luxury/high-end fashion is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership and a continuous development orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or academic experience in human resources, people operations or a related administrative role is preferred; exposure to recruitment, onboarding or HRIS tasks is desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business or a related field; Master’s degree in HR or similar will be considered an advantage.
