Role & Responsibilities
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance (routine, preventive and corrective) on industrial textile machinery and plant equipment.
- Diagnose faults and anomalies, deliver fast and effective corrective actions to minimise production downtime.
- Execute preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans and update maintenance records.
- Respond to machine stoppages to restore production continuity and support restart procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams and engineers to optimise equipment performance and production flow.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports and intervention logs documenting repairs and improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and safe working procedures.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (electrical, electrotechnical, mechanical or equivalent).
- Preferable 2–5 years of prior experience in maintenance of industrial machinery, ideally in textile or apparel production.
- Solid knowledge of electrotechnics, mechanical systems and industrial automation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, precision and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work under pressure, flexible shift availability and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Preferably 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical maintenance on industrial or textile machinery, with demonstrated ability to diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and restore production quickly.
Education
