Role & Responsibilities
- Support production and management of e‑commerce content, including product descriptions, imagery galleries, 'shop by look' pages and product page reviews to ensure accurate online presentation.
- Coordinate translations and liaise with external agencies to maintain multilingual content integrity and localised product availability information.
- Conduct weekly quality assurance checks to preserve Brioni’s standards of online product presentation.
- Assist with daily e‑commerce operations: product uploads, merchandising classifications, attribute assignments and color sequencing to ensure timely publication.
- Support customer care and logistics processes in collaboration with internal teams.
- Contribute to digital marketing activities and analysis (PPC, SEM, SEO, SMM) and support reporting of e‑commerce KPIs and periodic sales analysis using Kering BI.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Enrolment in or recent graduation from a degree in E‑commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Communication or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and project‑management aptitude with the ability to prioritise and manage workload independently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a critical, analytical mindset.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles; familiarity with data analysis to inform decisions is an advantage.

Experience
No specific professional tenure is required; the internship is open to students and recent graduates. Prior exposure to e‑commerce, digital marketing or basic data analysis is beneficial and will be considered an asset.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in E‑commerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Communication or a related field.
