Brioni Bespoke Ambassador role in London. Drive Maestria and Ready-to-Wear sales, develop client relationships, and strengthen sartorial expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships from initial contact through after-sales follow-up, maintaining strategic and regular contact in alignment with the clienteling strategy
- Develop an external network of referral partners including luxury hotels, personal shoppers, tour guides and wedding planners to generate business opportunities and strengthen brand positioning
- Execute sales and clienteling initiatives focused on both Maestria and Ready-to-Wear collections, working toward weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Meet and exceed CRM and client retention objectives, contributing to store management goals and overall team performance metrics
- Monitor Maestria KPIs and collaborate with Store Management to develop individual and team action plans supporting bespoke service growth
- Gather and communicate market intelligence on emerging trends, competitor activities, local events and product developments to inform strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with Regional Tailors and Head Tailors to organize and execute in-store Maestria events, VIP services and specialized clienteling activations to recruit new clients and maximize existing client portfolio value
- Maintain elevated standards within the Maestria area, ensuring fabric collections are regularly refreshed, master garments are meticulously preserved and bespoke visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards, promptly identifying and escalating any issues or operational risks
- Collect floor-level feedback on products, client preferences and competitive landscape, working with Store Management to define brand-specific improvements and refine bespoke processes
- Report on bespoke and Maestria performance on a weekly and monthly basis, supporting business planning and forecasting
- Contribute to team development through collective and individual training sessions that strengthen Maestria expertise and knowledge sharing across the boutique
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail and formalwear with substantial exposure to client-facing sales and bespoke or made-to-measure services
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for sartorial culture, luxury customer experience methodologies and sophisticated clienteling techniques
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, with demonstrated ability to interpret KPIs and translate data into actionable business plans
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities with proven focus on client loyalty and business development
- Superior planning, organization and execution abilities
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork and coordination with store management
- Confident communication, persuasion and knowledge-sharing capabilities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is valued

Experience
Relevant experience in luxury retail and formalwear, with strong exposure to client-facing sales and bespoke or made-to-measure services. Demonstrated track record in developing and managing high-value client relationships within a luxury environment.

Academic background or equivalent professional experience relevant to the role.
