Brioni Beverly Hills seeks Assistant Store Manager to lead retail team, drive sales performance, and support Store Director operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance in partnership with the Store Director, ensuring daily and weekly objectives are achieved
- Lead daily morning briefings and provide ongoing coaching to store staff, observing behaviors and delivering feedback aligned with Retail Excellence guidelines
- Support selling team members in developing technical and consultative skills through qualitative and quantitative feedback, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment
- Identify and nurture emerging talent in the store, partnering with the Store Director to design and implement development actions
- Champion clienteling activities and ensure consistent use of CRM systems to deliver personalized, high-quality customer experiences
- Analyze sales results and key performance indicators with the Store Director, supporting the execution and follow-up of corrective action plans
- Ensure appropriate floor coverage and zoning, organize daily activities, delegate responsibilities, and monitor execution
- Maintain consistent product knowledge across the collection and support seasonal training initiatives aligned with new launches
- Support omnichannel and e-commerce integration in partnership with relevant business stakeholders
- Oversee stock management, tailoring services, and daily operational logistics to guarantee seamless store functioning
- Serve as a trusted point of reference for the team, facilitating onboarding and resolving day-to-day operational issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, ideally in a boutique or branded store setting
- At least 2 years of demonstrated people management or team leadership responsibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in English and strong verbal and written communication capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management systems
- Deep understanding of luxury customer service standards and brand heritage
- Strong commercial acumen and business awareness

Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, ideally in a boutique environment, combined with at least 2 years of people management or team leadership experience. Background in driving sales performance, staff development, and operational excellence within a fast-paced, high-touch retail setting is essential.
