Breuninger is hiring a Women’s Luxury Fashion Sales Associate for its Exquisit department in Munich, effective immediately, on a part-time basis. The role centres on needs-based customer advice, sales, client relationship development, support for premium sales events and sales-floor presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve customers on the sales floor and help fulfil their shopping needs.
- Provide needs-based customer advice and guide sales conversations to successful purchase completion.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through service-oriented care and attract new regular customers to Breuninger.
- Support premium sales events and ensure optimal presentation of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- A friendly, considerate manner, enjoyment of customer advice, and a strong sales orientation.
- Experience in a service-oriented field is desirable.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for current trends in fashion and lifestyle.
- Reliable team player who can also work independently and take responsibility, always prioritising customer needs.
- Confident, authentic presence, with assertiveness and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during opening hours, Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 20:00.
