Breuninger is seeking a part-time Women’s Luxury Fashion Sales Associate for its Exquisit women’s fashion department in Munich, starting immediately. The role focuses on needs-based sales advice, building customer relationships, supporting premium sales events and presenting the sales floor to a high standard.
Role & Responsibilities
- Remain present on the sales floor and fulfil customers’ shopping needs.
- Provide needs-based customer advice and guide sales conversations to a successful purchase.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through service-oriented engagement and attract new regular customers to Breuninger.
- Support premium sales events and ensure optimal presentation of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Friendly and considerate manner, with a genuine enjoyment of advising customers and a strong sales orientation.
- Experience in a service-oriented field is desirable.
- Affiliation with the fashion and lifestyle sector and knowledge of current trends.
- Reliable team player who can also work independently and take responsibility, always prioritising customer needs.
- Confident, authentic presence, assertiveness and strong communication skills.
- Availability to work within store opening hours, Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 20:00.
