The Women's Clothing Sales Associate advises customers on the sales floor, closes sales, develops existing and new customer relationships, supports premium sales events and maintains the sales-floor presentation. This is a part-time position, with flexibility to work at least four days per week during opening hours from Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00.
Role & Responsibilities
- Remain present on the sales floor and help customers find the products they want.
- Provide needs-based customer advice and guide sales conversations to a successful purchase.
- Maintain existing customer relationships through service-oriented care and attract new regular customers for Breuninger.
- Support premium sales events and ensure the sales floor is presented optimally.
Qualifications
- Friendly and courteous manner, enjoyment of customer advising, and a strong sales orientation.
- Experience in a service-oriented field is desirable.
- Comfort in the fashion and lifestyle sector and knowledge of current trends.
- Reliable team player who can also work independently and take responsibility, always prioritizing customer needs.
- Confident and authentic presence, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during store opening hours, Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 and 20:00, on at least four days per week.
