Breuninger is seeking a Visual Merchandising and Stock Support Associate in Leipzig for part-time work, 20 hours per week, starting December 2026. The role supports store campaigns and visual concepts, maintains sales-floor presentation, styles incoming merchandise, processes stock, and coordinates with Sales and Visual Merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement special campaigns, including Christmas and Easter promotions, and internal store concepts on the sales floor.
- Exchange display fixtures in line with concepts, install decorations, implement window campaigns, and maintain sales floors according to established guidelines.
- Support the selection, preparation, and styling of newly arrived merchandise on mannequins and busts, working with a range of materials.
- Process merchandise for markdowns, labeling, security tagging, inventory, and related tasks.
- Coordinate with Sales and Visual Merchandising teams on sales-floor product presentation and merchandise care.
Qualifications
- Ideally, initial experience in comparable roles in textile retail.
- Knowledge of merchandise and assortments, with an interest in handling premium goods and processing merchandise volumes.
- Reliability, commitment, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work during core hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Manual dexterity and a good sense of trends and market developments.
