Breuninger is hiring a Visual Merchandiser in Hamburg on a part-time basis of approximately 30 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract through November 2027. Working hours are agreed between Monday and Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00, with one Saturday per month. The role implements visual merchandising concepts and styling across the sales floor and windows, supports events and campaigns, and coordinates merchandise presentation and care.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising concepts and styling guidelines across the sales floor and in window displays.
- Prepare customer events, seasonal promotions and marketing programmes.
- Coordinate with Sales and Merchandise Support on product presentation and merchandise care on the sales floor.
- Maintain order and cleanliness and ensure merchandise is properly illuminated on the sales floor and in window displays.
- Install designated in-store decorations, execute window campaigns and work with a range of materials.
- Work one Saturday per month.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training in visual merchandising.
- Professional experience in the premium segment and a strong interest in fashion and lifestyle.
- Manual dexterity and a strong sense of trends and market developments.
- Team player who works independently and is open to feedback.
- Basic technical aptitude.
- Business-fluent German and fluent English.
