Breuninger is seeking a Shipping Team Leader for its state-of-the-art logistics centre in Sachsenheim. The role leads and develops the shipping team, plans staffing against operational requirements and improves processes using KPIs; it is full-time with rotating early and late shifts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for the shipping team.
- Support employees’ development and strengthen their capabilities.
- Plan team resources in line with productivity, quality and volume requirements.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop existing shipping processes.
- Work with KPIs and actively demonstrate efficiency and results orientation.
- Participate in selecting and onboarding new employees.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree, or commercial vocational training with further qualification in logistics, supply chain or business administration.
- Substantial professional and disciplinary leadership experience, particularly leading large teams, with leadership capabilities demonstrated in previous roles.
- Strong organisational ability, demonstrated in previous challenges.
- Ability to engage and motivate team members.
- Empathy, enjoyment of a dynamic environment and innovative ideas.
- Enjoyment of working with KPIs, achieving targets and improving performance.
- Willingness to work on a weekly rotating shift pattern covering early and late shifts.

Experience
Substantial professional and disciplinary leadership experience, particularly leading large teams.
Education
