- Lead high-impact, time-limited transformation initiatives as part of a coaching team, enabling leaders and teams to take ownership of processes and develop them sustainably.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner and mentor to Engineering Leads, Product Owners and senior leaders, establishing clear ownership, alignment and leadership culture.
- Analyze cross-domain value streams at Flight Levels 2 and 3, identify interface bottlenecks using flow metrics, and optimize continuous value flow.
- Guide the organization and teams in adopting modern AI-assisted workflows and promote productive use of AI tools in product and development processes.
- Design sustainable organizational structures and pragmatically guide complex change processes.
- Temporarily enable leaders and cross-functional units according to the Team Topologies enabling-team principle, resolving systemic bottlenecks and leaving initiatives once autonomy is established (Design for Exit).
Qualifications
- Several years of well-founded experience as an Agile Coach, Organizational Designer or Transformation Manager in a scaled e-commerce or technology environment.
- Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas: leadership and Power Duo mentoring or executive coaching; Value Stream Mapping, Flight Levels (FL2/FL3) or flow metrics; systemic organizational design and change management (e.g. Team Topologies); AI and future-workflow literacy, including AI integration into agile workflows.
- A strong enabling mindset and understanding of empowerment and self-organization; success is measured by the sustainable performance of teams and leaders without the coach (Design for Exit).
- Data- and business-oriented approach, using system data, flow metrics and outcome orientation rather than methodological dogmatism.
- Business-fluent German and English, written and spoken.
- A strong AI mindset, using AI tools naturally in daily work and actively considering how they can improve processes and outcomes.
