Role & Responsibilities
- Build knowledge of product ranges and materials to provide knowledgeable product advice to customers.
- Apply sales techniques to guide customer conversations toward successful purchases.
- Support sales operations, including processing complaints, preparing events and implementing sales promotion measures.
- Learn about merchandise management and the use of key figures to control commercial processes.
