Role & Responsibilities
- Learn about the range of food and beverage operations and professional service, developing expertise step by step.
- Provide attentive, high-quality service to guests and advise them on food and beverage selections.
- Build knowledge of food and beverages and learn to use the establishment’s cash register and billing systems.
- Learn the standards required for quality, hygiene and smooth service operations, while gradually taking on more responsibility.
- Support events, from preparing and arranging rooms through to event delivery.
- Participate in regular training to support personal and professional development.
- Use a personal tablet provided during the apprenticeship for learning and work.
