The Process Supervisor coordinates goods flows to ensure products are in the right place at the right time, supports logistics performance and quality targets, and identifies process improvements while remaining engaged in daily operations. The role is full-time and reports directly to the Team Leader, Process & Workflow.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure goods are in the right place at the right time and that workstations are optimally utilized.
- Use sound prioritization to support adherence to deadlines and help achieve performance and quality targets.
- Work with data while maintaining a clear view of activity across the logistics floor.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and contribute ideas to make processes and workflows more efficient.
- Collaborate closely with relevant interfaces and report directly to the Team Leader, Process & Workflow.
Qualifications
- A logistics qualification or several years of experience in logistics provides a sound foundation for the role.
- Enjoyment of managing goods flows and actively shaping logistics operations.
- Independent, solution-oriented working style, with the ability to address issues autonomously and bring them to a decision within the scope of responsibility.
- Good understanding of processes and the ability to quickly recognize how individual workflows interrelate.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore processes and systems in depth and understand how they work together.
- A strong hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute to day-to-day operations as well as planning.
- Very good spoken and written German.

Several years of experience in logistics, or a logistics qualification.
