The Merchandise Support Associate supports Breuninger’s merchandise flow in Munich, with a focus on picking sales merchandise for online orders. Role & Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise for online orders.
- Process instructions for markdowns, returns and stock transfers.
- Prepare and set up merchandise in accordance with current guidelines.
- Transfer stock and maintain storage areas according to defined processes.
- Provide a friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries and refer them to the appropriate sales associates.
- Actively support smooth merchandise flow.
Qualifications
- Experience in a comparable role is preferred; career changers are welcome.
- Reliability, organizational skills and the ability to grasp new information quickly.
- Enjoyment of working with high-quality merchandise and large quantities of goods.
