Breuninger Marketplace Integration Management Team Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and provide functional direction to the Integration Management team.
• Develop team structures, roles, and task allocation; ensure efficient working practices through prioritization, capacity planning, and quality standards.
• Own the end-to-end technical and process integration of new partners, from kick-off and testing through go-live.
• Coordinate integrations across relevant internal and external interfaces, including Tradebyte, AX, and Miles, and analyze and resolve errors.
• Review product data quality, oversee interface testing, and manage the online publication of partner products.
• Work closely with Partner Management, Business Development, Digital Product Management/IT, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to develop the marketplace.
• Manage collaboration with external service providers, particularly Tradebyte.
• Prepare and lead coordination meetings, including status updates, workshops, and roundtables, ensuring transparent information flow.
• Prioritize and manage technical incidents, data errors, and operational inefficiencies.
• Establish, maintain, and improve processes, guidelines, and best practices, including in Breuninger AI/Agents, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Contribute to projects that standardize and scale integration processes, such as internationalization and new systems.
• Develop and use reports to measure integration project performance and manage day-to-day operations, including through Hubspot.
• Derive actions from metrics such as time-to-market, error rates, and turnaround times, and implement structured improvements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in digital, transaction-oriented business models such as e-commerce, platform businesses, or marketplaces.
• Leadership experience, with demonstrated strengths in team building, coaching, and prioritization.
• Experience in platform Integration Management or comparable interface roles.
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of technical interfaces and end-to-end processes, combined with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• An interest in process design and documentation, and proficiency with common tools such as Confluence, ticketing systems, and CRM/Hubspot.
• A strong AI mindset, using AI tools as a matter of course in day-to-day work and actively identifying ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
