The Lead Expert, Onsite Operations and Enablement leads a cluster within Breuninger’s Onsite Operations & Enablement team, overseeing operational excellence, content processes and tools, team coordination and performance improvements. The role is full-time and fixed-term for 1.5 years; remote work is possible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure defined quality standards for the operational maintenance of onsite product, image and text content.
- Provide functional leadership for the cluster and foster effective collaboration.
- Manage the cluster's operational workload and plan its capacity and resources.
- Oversee onboarding for new and existing employees, and contribute to recruitment and the development of the cluster and its employees.
- Monitor and analyse cluster performance against relevant KPIs and develop concrete measures to improve operational excellence.
- Develop, optimise and establish efficient workflows and processes for content maintenance, publication and onsite article management.
- Further develop tools for content and article maintenance.
- Develop the cluster and its roadmap to advance innovative, long-term solutions.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional topics and requirements.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university studies.
- At least 5–8 years of professional experience in e-commerce.
- In-depth knowledge of onsite merchandising, content management or comparable areas.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimisation and tool development.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- In-depth knowledge of working with KPIs, conducting performance monitoring and deriving data-driven decisions.
- Initial experience providing functional leadership to teams.
- Strong ability to foster effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information appropriately to different audiences.
- Structured, self-reliant working style and a high degree of initiative.
