Role & Responsibilities
- Learn hairdressing duties over the three-year training period, including styling, cutting, coloring and highlighting techniques.
- Learn to provide service-oriented consultations and create exceptional customer interactions.
- Develop the ability to perform beauty services such as manicures and makeup.
- Learn to handle workplace equipment and tools professionally.
- Take part in internal training programs such as START THE JOB and START THE CUT, and complete training as an L’Oréal Colorist.

- Have an interest in hairstyles, hair trends and high-quality haircare products.
- Enjoy working with people and demonstrate strong empathy.
- Remain composed when the salon is busy, working carefully and reliably.
