Role & Responsibilities
- Advise guests on exclusive products and sell them directly on site.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Accurately process bookings and payments using fixed checkout stations or an Orderman.
- Maintain equipment, tools and the workstation.
- Carry out service-area preparation (mise en place) to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with guests and have an open, personable manner.
- Strong service orientation and quality awareness.
- Knowledge of handling fresh food.
- Training in food production or hospitality is an advantage; career changers are welcome and will receive training.
