The Electrical Engineering Facilities Supervisor ensures reliable technical building operations at Breuninger in Stuttgart, overseeing inspections, maintenance, building systems, staff scheduling and external contractors while leading and developing employees. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal technical building operations, including oversight of expert inspections and scheduled maintenance services.
- Maintain uninterrupted operations by monitoring operating conditions through the building management system and directly at on-site installations.
- Prepare staff rosters and coordinate assignments efficiently.
- Develop and consistently implement a detailed operating concept.
- Manage and monitor external contractors’ services and report deviations to the employer.
- Lead and develop employees.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a master craftsperson or technician specializing in electrical engineering.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in site management.
- Very good cross-trade technical knowledge in heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing.
- Work independently and take responsibility with a high degree of initiative.
