The Confiserie Service Associate advises guests on exclusive products, handles sales, bookings and payments, and helps ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. Role & Responsibilities
- Advise guests on exclusive products and sell them directly in the store.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth on-site operations.
- Reliably process bookings and payments at fixed tills or with Orderman devices.
- Maintain operating equipment, tools and the work area.
- Carry out mise en place in the assigned service area.
Qualifications
- Enjoy interacting with guests and have a warm, open manner.
- Strong service orientation and high quality awareness.
- Knowledge of handling fresh food.
- Training in food production or gastronomy is an advantage; career changers are welcome and will be trained.
- Engagement, flexibility and attention to detail.
