The Coffee Bar Service Associate serves guests and sells confectionery at Breuninger’s Coffee Bar, supports smooth service, handles accurate transactions and maintains the assigned service area. This is a part-time position in Erfurt.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve guests and sell products at the Coffee Bar.
- Sell confectionery products.
- Provide service-oriented, customer-focused service to guests.
- Help ensure smooth service in the assigned area.
- Enter transactions accurately and operate fixed cash registers.
- Maintain equipment, the work area and tools.
- Carry out mise en place and other preparatory work in the assigned service area.
Qualifications
- Previous café service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of handling fresh food products.
- Strong service orientation and quality awareness.
