The Building Services Technician ensures the safe and efficient operation of Breuninger’s heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing systems, overseeing their maintenance, inspections, documentation and operational optimisation. The role is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor technical systems and equipment to ensure proper condition and operational safety.
- Maintain and operate all building services systems in heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing (HKLS).
- Support the coordination of external contractors and accompany official inspections.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and regular inspections of technical systems.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
- Contribute to cost and operational optimisation in close coordination with site management.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing.
- Good knowledge of cross-trade building services engineering (HKLS).
- Structured, reliable and self-directed approach to work.
- Team-oriented and committed in day-to-day operations.
Skills
Experience
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in technical building operations.
Education
Completed vocational training in heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing.
