Breuninger is hiring an Athleisure Sales Associate in Hamburg on a part-time basis for 30 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, or on a mini-job basis, primarily Saturdays and occasionally Monday to Friday. The role combines individual customer advice, successful sales, relationship building and responsibility for a high-quality sales floor, with flexibility to support women's shoes and leather goods as well as Athleisure.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide individual, high-quality advice and attentive service to Athleisure customers.
- Proactively approach customers and identify their individual needs and preferences.
- Confidently lead sales conversations and close sales successfully.
- Share enthusiasm for contemporary sports and lifestyle products, with a strong awareness of trends and current styles.
- Offer inspiring advice on combining sporty and fashionable looks.
- Build lasting customer relationships and develop a loyal clientele.
- Work independently, with a strong focus on revenue and sales performance.
- Maintain an appealing, high-quality presentation of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Ideally, initial experience in premium fashion, sportswear or lifestyle retail.
- Passion for fashion, sport and current lifestyle trends.
- Enjoyment of active selling and daily interaction with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong sales orientation and the ability to confidently lead and successfully close sales conversations.
- Strong sense of style and a good eye for trends and individual customer needs.
