Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the Movement Servicing team to deliver repairs meeting quality, lead time, and cost specifications
- Ensure watchmakers and technicians correctly diagnose all incoming watches within defined timeframes and report findings on the New CS Repair System
- Verify that production levels align with agreed weekly targets in accordance with company Standard Times of Operation
- Serve as primary point of communication between the workshop team and the broader After Sales Service Department
- Deliver movement services to Breitling specifications on quality, lead time, and cost
- Provide diagnostic reports based on customer instructions and Breitling guidelines
- Ensure all work submitted to Quality Control conforms to Breitling standards
- Execute repairs and diagnostics using techniques and tools compliant with Breitling standards
- Oversee correct allocation of spare parts to jobs
Qualifications
- Trained watchmaker with proven track record servicing quality watches
- Demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory or lead watchmaker position
- Proven success leading and developing team members
- Knowledge of Breitling products and watch mechanics
- Breitling Modular-level training (strongly preferred)
Skills
Experience
Solid experience in a similar watchmaking or workshop supervisory position, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering quality mechanical services.
Education
Formal watchmaking training or apprenticeship; Breitling Modular certification is advantageous.
