Role & Responsibilities
- Disassemble watch cases, bracelets, and straps according to established protocols and diagnostic assessments
- Identify potential missed items from the diagnostic process and assess watch condition prior to workshop release
- Maintain precise documentation and perform accurate data entry throughout the disassembly process
- Collaborate with After-Sales Service team members to identify and order missing, damaged, or broken parts
- Interact with computer-based technical guides and parts management systems to support workflow
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and organizational standards to support operational efficiency
- Communicate regularly with workshop and After-Sales Service departments to ensure service quality and coordination
- Assist the workshop team with additional tasks as assigned
- Meet and maintain high quality and production standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
- Sharp hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain precise data entry
- Capacity to lift 20–40 pounds regularly
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage targets and deadlines
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with technical systems
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of administrative or related technical experience; previous experience with ERP or SAP systems is advantageous. No prior watchmaking experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
