Join Breitling's dedicated team in Grenchen for a 12-month internship as Trade Marketing Intern, supporting the organization and execution of Watches & Wonders Geneva 2027, one of the world's leading luxury watch trade fairs. Responsibilities encompass event planning and logistics coordination, stakeholder management across internal teams and external suppliers, catering and hospitality arrangements, staff and accreditation planning, booth setup, and operational documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in luxury event management and brand experience delivery within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning and execution of Watches & Wonders Geneva 2027, managing timelines, staffing, and supplier relationships
  • Serve as key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, including event organizers, suppliers, catering providers, and production agencies
  • Manage staff booking, accreditations, and attendance planning for the trade fair
  • Conduct host and hostess auditions to identify brand ambassadors
  • Coordinate catering and hospitality services to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • Process invoices, track budgets, and maintain financial records in SAP
  • Prepare operational manuals, briefing documents, event guides, and daily event communications
  • Support booth setup and maintain brand standards during on-site event operations
  • Address operational challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Contribute to post-event debrief and identify learnings for future editions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Event Management, or similar discipline
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or working in fast-paced environments
  • First experience in event management, business, or hospitality is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • French or German language skills are valued assets
  • Familiar with SAP or floor plan interpretation (desirable but not required)
