Breitling seeks a student sales assistant to support its Berlin Mitte boutique, advising national and international customers, selling exclusive collections, maintaining customer relationships, presenting products, coordinating after-sales service, and caring for stock. The role offers students an opportunity to gain an initial insight into professional life.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional advice to national and international customers in the boutique.
- Independently sell exclusive collections in accordance with the Sales Ceremony.
- Arrange displays attractively and present products in line with the brand image and guidelines.
- Build and maintain customer relationships proactively.
- Advise customers on after-sales matters and coordinate the after-sales process.
- Maintain and care for stockroom inventory.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or holding a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, initial experience selling luxury goods, watches and jewelry, lifestyle products, or comparable experience serving discerning customers.
- Affinity for luxury products, fashion, and lifestyle.
- Understanding of effective product presentation techniques.
- English and/or additional foreign-language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent etiquette, a polished appearance, and a confident manner.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
