Breitling is seeking a student sales assistant to support its Berlin Mitte boutique team, advising clients, selling collections, maintaining client relationships, coordinating after-sales and caring for stock. The role offers an opportunity to gain an initial insight into working life.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise national and international clients in the boutique.
- Sell exclusive collections independently in line with the Sales Ceremony.
- Create appealing window displays and present products in accordance with brand image and guidelines.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Advise clients on after-sales matters and coordinate the after-sales process.
- Maintain and care for stockroom inventory.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree or hold an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, initial experience selling luxury goods, watches and jewelry, or lifestyle products, or comparable experience serving discerning clients.
- Affinity for luxury products, fashion and lifestyle.
- Understanding of effective presentation techniques.
- English skills and/or additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Excellent manners, a polished appearance and a confident presence.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
