Breitling is seeking a Spare Parts and Logistics Coordinator for its after-sales service team in Osaka, reporting to the Spare Parts Manager in Tokyo. The role covers repair-item intake and administration, spare-parts and supply management, customer and retail-partner inquiries, invoicing and shipment preparation, with guidance and hands-on training; future relocation to Tokyo is possible.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and inspect incoming watches and other items submitted for repair.
- Manage spare-parts stock, including issuing, ordering, receiving and replenishing parts.
- Assist with registering repair requests in the customer and repair management system as needed.
- Enter technicians’ diagnostic findings and prepare repair quotations.
- Complete post-repair system entries, issue invoices, and pack and prepare items for shipment.
- Order and manage supplies, and maintain an organized, efficient work area.
- Handle telephone inquiries from retail partners and product owners, as well as inquiry and quotation-response emails.
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing responsibilities and developing proficiency through step-by-step guidance and training.
Qualifications
- Basic data-entry skills in Word and Excel; familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
- Ability to write professional business emails and communicate courteously with external contacts by telephone.
- Collaborative and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
- Careful, reliable and accountable when handling tasks that require accuracy.
