Role & Responsibilities
- Build complex custom logic using Apex (Async, Batch, Service Layer patterns) and high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Provide guidance to the development team through rigorous code reviews, ensuring adherence to enterprise patterns and DRY principles
- Partner with the Solution Architect to validate technical feasibility and support the QA team in achieving 100% test coverage
- Execute secure, high-volume integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Manage version control (Git) and the deployment pipeline to ensure environment parity and stable production releases
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting of governor limit issues, concurrency errors, and integration failures requiring senior-level platform knowledge
- Provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers on advanced Apex patterns, debugging techniques, and Salesforce best practices
- Proactively identify and refactor technical debt to ensure the platform remains agile and performant as the business scales
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including work on global organizations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce CRM development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
