Breitling is hiring a Sales Associate for its boutique in Lucerne, Switzerland, to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain boutique standards, with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearance.
- Capture meaningful customer data to build professional relationships and personalize future opportunities.
- Attend ad hoc client and company events.
- Develop product knowledge through proactive research and participation in training.
- Follow industry news, technology developments and key market competitors.
- Assist Boutique Management in upholding health and safety requirements.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
- Apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain organization of back-of-house stock storage.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and contribute to the team.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in a similar role, ideally within the watch industry or in hospitality, fashion or apparel.
- Retail Specialist diploma (Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ).
- Ability to build and develop client relationships.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to understand others’ needs.
- Team-player mentality.
- Interest in and current knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Fluency in spoken and written Swiss German and English.
- Knowledge of other languages, especially French, is an asset.

Experience
Solid experience in a similar role, ideally in the watch industry or in hospitality, fashion or apparel.
Education
Retail Specialist diploma (Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ).
