The Breitling Sales Associate represents the brand, delivers service throughout the customer journey and drives sales while supporting store operations, visual standards and team development. The role requires at least 3 years of luxury retail experience, including high-end watch sales, and availability to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends; compensation is $23–$24 per hour plus commission and a potential quarterly bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed store goals and personal KPIs.
- Generate sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers, and develop and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain customer correspondence to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
- Follow Breitling’s established Sales Techniques and Service.
- Build strong knowledge of products, company history, information and news.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and technology, including competitor offerings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, following Breitling’s dress code standards.
- Support company initiatives related to product launches, customer service and selling.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
- Perform store opening and closing duties as needed.
- Help maintain visual standards under corporate and management direction.
- Maintain open, professional and ongoing communication with store management, peers and corporate.
- Work with the team to achieve store goals.
- Act as a positive role model and represent the brand appropriately.
- Adapt to the changing needs of the brand and company.
- Participate in training new sales associates when requested, covering product knowledge, store procedures and company policies.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, including occasionally lifting or moving up to 20 pounds; reasonable accommodations may be made.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of luxury retail experience, including high-end watch sales.
- Experience and demonstrated success in client service within a luxury environment.
- Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated approach and ability to achieve management-defined goals.
- High flexibility and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Availability to work any day of the week, including both weekend days.
- Computer proficiency.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
