Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation to national and international customers in the boutique setting
- Execute independent sales of exclusive Breitling collections in accordance with sales ceremony protocols
- Maintain and develop customer relationships through CRM activities including event invitations, exclusive previews, and birthday acknowledgements
- Conduct and participate in boutique and external events
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including elegant watch presentation, display case organization, cleanliness, and accurate pricing and model labeling
- Deliver knowledgeable after-sales consultation and coordinate post-purchase service processes
- Manage inventory operations including goods receipt, stocktaking, serial number documentation, and warranty processing
Qualifications
- Professional experience in luxury goods retail, watches and jewelry, lifestyle products, or equivalent client-facing roles
- Affinity for luxury products, fashion, and lifestyle
- Understanding of effective presentation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills, polished appearance, and assured demeanor
