Breitling is seeking a Sales Associate for its Munich boutique on a 50% part-time basis. The role covers client advice and sales, CRM and events, visual merchandising, after-sales coordination, and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise domestic and international clients in the boutique.
- Sell exclusive collections independently in accordance with the Sales Ceremony.
- Build client loyalty and manage CRM, including maintaining client records and arranging invitations to events, exclusive previews and birthday communications.
- Organize and participate in events inside and outside the boutique.
- Maintain visual merchandising and the sales floor, including stylish watch presentation, clean and orderly showcases, and accurate price and model labeling.
- Advise clients on after-sales services and coordinate the after-sales process.
- Manage stock and inventory, including goods receipt, stocktakes, and serial number and warranty documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience selling luxury goods, watches and jewelry (an advantage), or lifestyle products, or comparable experience serving discerning clients.
- Affinity with luxury products, fashion and lifestyle.
- Understanding of effective presentation techniques.
- English proficiency and/or additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Excellent manners, a polished appearance and a confident demeanor.
- A high level of responsibility and teamwork.
- Strong service orientation and very good communication skills.

Experience in luxury goods, watches and jewelry (an advantage), lifestyle products, or comparable work with discerning clients.
