Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare inspection forms and quality documentation for movement assembly operations
- Provide quality support and guidance to production teams on quality processes and procedures
- Monitor pre-series production and manage component homologation at T1 stage
- Record, track, and process non-conformity reports with appropriate follow-up
- Identify and escalate operational issues with solutions to address quality gaps
- Conduct workstation audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives
- Analyze production scrap, track causes, and initiate corrective and preventive actions
- Make decisions within the quality waiver process in accordance with established procedures
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for workshop quality metrics
- Maintain relationships and coordinate quality follow-up with external subcontractors
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and structured information to stakeholders across departments
- Prepare clear, accurate, and professional quality reports
Qualifications
- Diploma in Technical Quality Assurance (ES Technicien Qualité) or equivalent certification
- Three to five years of experience in a similar quality role, ideally in watchmaking or movement assembly
- Knowledge of horological components and mechanisms, particularly watch movements
- Proficiency with problem-solving methodologies, engineering blueprints, ISO geometric tolerancing, and general metrology principles
- Competence with standard IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities; statistical process control (SPC) experience is advantageous
- Autonomy, methodical approach, rigor, and proactive work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation
- Commitment to continuous improvement and active participation in quality enhancement initiatives
- Fluent French (spoken and written); knowledge of English and/or German is beneficial

Education
Diploma in Technical Quality Assurance (ES Technicien Qualité) or equivalent professional certification; watchmaking training and TQ1/TQ2 certification are advantageous.
