Role & Responsibilities
- Manage administrative aspects of the complete employee lifecycle, including contracts, modifications, and departures
- Maintain and update employee data within the HRIS (SIRH) with accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee operational absence management, including medical certificate tracking and coordination with statutory disability insurance and insurers
- Administer family allowances, processing requests, updates, and communicating with relevant authorities
- Ensure accurate and timely transmission of payroll variables to the Payroll team
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new employees, introducing them to administrative HR processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative inquiries
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR administration role
- Prior experience within a large organization and/or international environment
- Experience supporting multiple entities across different sites
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and digital tools, including MS Office, Excel tracking spreadsheets, and Canva
- Knowledge of Mobatime and SuccessFactors (mastery of these systems is a significant advantage)
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive HR administration or HR Generalist experience, preferably within a large multinational organization supporting multiple geographic locations. Demonstrated success managing employee lifecycle processes and administrative HR functions in a complex, international setting.
Education
Secondary education required; additional qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field are a plus.
