Breitling is hiring a Facility Services Controller in La Chaux-de-Fonds to oversee site inspections, supplies, cleaning quality, waste and recycling, vehicle coordination, service providers, team schedules and seasonal maintenance. The role is 30%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct site-wide inspection rounds, check the condition of sanitary facilities, carry out minor repairs, report anomalies and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor stocks of consumables and cleaning products, place orders as needed, check and order cafeteria supplies, organize storage areas, ensure products are stored and used appropriately, and inform employees about their proper use.
- Ensure electric vehicles are correctly connected to charging stations and coordinate special cleaning and vehicle repairs.
- Inspect cleaning service quality, arrange special cleaning and maintain outdoor areas.
- Arrange the removal of cardboard, paper and compost; manage special-waste collection; and prepare waste and recycling containers, ensuring they are emptied once a week.
- Request and compare quotations, plan and coordinate service-provider visits, and inspect the quality of completed work.
- Prepare work schedules, organize absences within the cleaning team, relay relevant information to Human Resources and provide administrative support in Facility Management.
- Put up and take down flags and coordinate seasonal maintenance work.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facility Management, building caretaking or building services.
- Ability to work independently and reliably, with a strong sense of organization and responsibility.
- Good communication skills and thorough knowledge of cleaning products and consumables.
- Fluent French; German language skills are an advantage.
- Category B driving licence.
