Breitling seeks a Facilities Services Controller in La Chaux-de-Fonds at 30% workload. The role covers site inspections and minor repairs, consumables and cafeteria supplies, vehicle charging and upkeep, cleaning and outdoor areas, waste and recycling, service-provider coordination, team schedules and administrative support, as well as seasonal maintenance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection rounds across the site, check sanitary facilities, perform minor repairs, report anomalies and follow up on corrective actions.
- Monitor stocks of consumables and cleaning products; place orders; check and order cafeteria supplies; organise storage areas; ensure products are stored and used correctly; and inform employees about their proper use.
- Ensure electric vehicles are connected to charging stations and coordinate special cleaning and vehicle repairs.
- Monitor cleaning-service quality, organise special cleaning and maintain outdoor areas.
- Organise the removal of cardboard, paper and compost; manage special-waste collection; and prepare waste and recycling containers, ensuring they are emptied weekly.
- Request and compare quotations, plan and coordinate service-provider interventions, and check completed work for quality.
- Prepare work schedules, organise absences within the cleaning team, communicate relevant information to HR and provide administrative support in Facility Management.
- Install and remove flags and coordinate seasonal maintenance work.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facility Management, building caretaking or building services.
- Ability to work independently and reliably, with a strong sense of organisation and responsibility.
- Good communication skills and in-depth knowledge of cleaning products and consumables.
- Excellent command of French; German is an advantage.
- Category B driving licence.
