Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute boutique business plan including marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer traffic and market growth, subject to review and approval by Retail Director and Regional Manager
- Lead sales team with active floor presence, demonstrating strong leadership by example and fostering a positive, professional environment built on trust and integrity
- Coach and motivate sales associates to meet assigned sales and productivity goals; provide recognition for top performers and empower associates to make customer-service-focused decisions
- Manage clienteling function proactively to maximize customer relationships and repeat business
- Recruit candidates meeting company standards for all boutique levels; ensure timely completion of onboarding for new employees
- Conduct team development through monthly touch-base meetings, training initiatives, and storewide meetings; identify individual and team training needs and monitor results in partnership with Training Manager
- Conduct annual employee reviews, provide quality feedback, and facilitate succession planning by training and developing employees toward advancement
- Enforce company policies and procedures regarding disciplinary action; supervise team adherence to security and operational standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shrink within company standards; ensure effective utilization of POS system and inventory management functions
- Provide qualitative and quantitative business reports as required; determine staffing needs and create schedules to optimize store coverage and sales
- Maintain highest standards of store housekeeping, visual merchandising, and organization both on and off the sales floor; collaborate with corporate visual team on window displays and installations
- Monitor local market conditions, competitive activities, and luxury market trends; stay current with company news and product knowledge to ensure team proficiency
- Communicate corporate initiatives and directives to team through daily and weekly meetings; maintain ongoing communication with corporate, mall office, after-sales service, and other stores
Qualifications
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail with 1–2 years of related management experience required
- Previous experience in high-end watch sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, goals, and staffing schedules
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
- Proven track record of results-oriented, self-motivated performance
- Proficiency with POS systems and standard computer applications
- Ability to understand business acumen, market dynamics, and strategic alignment

Experience
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in luxury retail environment with 1–2 years of related management experience required. Previous high-end watch sales experience is strongly preferred. Candidate should demonstrate a track record of sales achievement, team leadership, and operational management in a premium or luxury retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
