Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and integral team member within the boutique

Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in luxury retail environments
- At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in high-end watchmaking or fine jewelry
- Deep understanding of luxury clienteling with proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and motivating sales associates to exceed sales goals
- Strong competency in boutique operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyze sales KPIs and optimize performance
- Fluency in English and Dutch
