Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised client service that reflects Breguet’s heritage and positioning in haute horlogerie.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate timepieces with authoritative product knowledge and storytelling about craftsmanship, complications and provenance.
- Meet and exceed boutique sales targets and relevant KPIs through consultative selling and up‑selling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate CRM records for client interactions and transactions.
- Manage boutique merchandising, housekeeping and stock control to uphold brand visual and presentation standards.
- Support brand events, private viewings and inter-boutique initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, cash handling and company policies.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or jewellery.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high-value retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and clienteling skills.
- Polished professional presentation and strong customer service orientation.
- Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in Austria.
Skills
Experience
Several years of direct luxury retail experience, with demonstrable success selling high-value watches or jewellery; prior boutique or brand experience preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma; vocational training in retail, sales, hospitality or watchmaking preferred.
