Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet service and expert product advice to an international luxury clientele in the Geneva boutique.
- Proactively develop and maintain long-term client relationships through tailored clienteling and follow-up.
- Present and demonstrate mechanical watches, explaining technical features, provenance and after-sales care.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through planned prospecting, appointments and conversion.
- Manage boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling, stock reception and inventory control.
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique standards; support in-store events, private viewings and trunk shows.
- Coordinate with after-sales/service, regional teams and CRM to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales; preference for candidates with experience in watches or fine jewelry.
- Demonstrable ability to cultivate and retain high-value clientele and to consistently meet sales objectives.
- High standards of personal presentation, discretion and service etiquette appropriate to haute horlogerie.
- Right to work in Switzerland and availability for a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Vocational training in sales or watchmaking is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience
Typically requires at least two years of progressive experience in luxury retail, ideally within watchmaking or high-end jewellery, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and developing loyal clients.
Education
Secondary education; vocational qualification in sales, retail or watchmaking considered a plus.
