Breguet seeks a full-time Sales Advisor for its Vienna (Kohlmarkt) boutique. Represent Breguet in luxury watch sales and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact for clients in the Vienna boutique, delivering personalised, high‑touch service aligned with Breguet’s standards of excellence.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through active clienteling, follow‑up, and accurate CRM record keeping.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across Breguet collections and communicate technical and aesthetic attributes with clarity and authority.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling, and strategic conversion of foot traffic into confirmed sales.
- Coordinate with after‑sales and service teams to ensure seamless client handovers for maintenance, repairs, and warranty matters.
- Contribute to boutique merchandising, window presentation, and stock management to uphold the brand’s visual identity and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales with strong client relationship skills and a consultative approach.
- Demonstrable knowledge or strong interest in fine watchmaking and associated technical vocabulary.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished presentation, and the ability to represent a high‑end maison with discretion and professionalism.

Experience
Several years of client‑facing experience in luxury retail is preferred, ideally within watches, high jewellery, or premium timepieces. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and nurturing a portfolio of repeat clientele.
Education
Completed secondary education; commercial or retail vocational training (e.g., kaufmännische apprenticeship) or equivalent professional experience preferred.
